These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all mobile and desktop applications published by SoundTouch Interactive ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using any SoundTouch Interactive application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

1. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.
Please review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we protect user information and outlines our commitment to student data privacy (SOPPA / FERPA / COPPA).

2. Content and Intellectual Property

All content in our apps—including videos, images, audio, and graphics—is either:

Original content created by SoundTouch Interactive, or
Licensed content from third-party providers.

Content is licensed for personal and educational use only and may not be copied, extracted, or redistributed.

We reserve the right to update or modify content at any time.

All trademarks, app names, and product branding are property of SoundTouch Interactive.

3. Purchases, Paid Apps, and Subscriptions

Some SoundTouch apps are paid upfront.
Some apps offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions (e.g., Sound Touch Lite).

Payment is handled exclusively by Apple through your App Store account.

Payment will be charged to the Apple ID used during purchase.
Subscription renewals and cancellations are managed through Apple Account Settings.
We do not manage, store, or have access to billing information.

4. External Links

Certain apps may include buttons or links that open:

The Apple App Store (e.g., to view another app)
A content provider’s page
A support or documentation webpage

We are not responsible for external content or third-party policies.
Users should review third-party terms and privacy policies.

5. Termination

We may terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app from your device.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

In no event shall SoundTouch Interactive be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes occur. Continued use of the Service signifies acceptance of updated Terms.
